Intramuros Ghost Walk - A Walk to Remember

Intramuros Ghost Walk (IGW) is a unique tour that aims to help people explore Intramuros, share some knowledge about Philippine History, give some education about The Paranormal, support the charity movement of Tribu Ni Bro, promote walking since it is the best exercise and spread the advocacy of treasuring and safeguarding our heritage.

This tour was originally organized for Center for Paranormal Studies under the guidance of Profilers of the Unknown, a team of well-experienced, dedicated and skilled Ghost Hunters, Ghost Investigators and Paranormal Investigators.

A place usually becomes haunted because of its history. Intramuros keeps a very meaningful record of past events. We encourage people to visit the place not really for the fun of ghost hunting but to look back at our colorful past.

Intramuros Ghost Walk (IGW) is an accidental success and since it started on January 23, 2016, it's been getting the interest of many horror and history fans. It will surely be remembered by those who experienced this meaningful journey.

  1. Hi Jade, I never knew such a group existed until now that my story went viral. It is always good to look at the tour as a Historical trip rather than a Ghost haunting expedition. They don't manifest to those who go after such. This is not a circus or freak show that people go to watch. Somethings just happens to people who have the gift. Thanks - Randy Topacio

    1. Thanks for dropping by and commenting on my blog. I wish to correct some notion about the Intramuros Ghost Walk. IGW was not created for a ghost hunting expedition. It is a walking tour that aims to share a brief history of Intramuros with a twist. This activity of our group was articled several times to give people clarity on its real intention.

    2. By the way, I edited the article for the benefit of those who want to get a better understanding of what this Intramuros Ghost Walk is all about.

    3. Thank you for the clarification. If I may suggest a change in name to "Historical Walk" so that people will not misinterpret this event as a ghost hunting activity. The name Intramuros Ghost Walk does not sound like what you say is a historical tour. More of a ghost hunting tour with a by the way of history. This is the reverse of what was written. Thanks

    4. The term GHOST made it viral on FB before your story was. That is because there are so many horror fans in the country. Thanks for the suggestion but the guests who went with us did not give us that kind of wrong impression. They were happy and thankful. Moreover, the tour also aims to correct some wrong notions about ghosts. I do believe the name of the activity is not a big issue at all.
